When we eventually put in an offer on a house, Rachael was very communicative throughout the process. She messaged with updates on the offer, strategic ways to make our offer stronger, and communicated with the seller's agent to see how both the seller and us, the buyers, could come out of the transaction with their needs met. It was evident Rachael is well respected within the real estate community, operates with kindness and compassion, and treats everyone with care. That was the most important thing to us when looking for guidance in our home-buying journey. We wanted someone who knew the ins and outs of the Coeur d'Alene market, but who also was a good person at heart. We needed a lot of guidance as first-time homebuyers, and Rachael aligned with our values and treated clients, sellers, other agents, and people in the community with integrity and compassion. Rachael is not only a terrific realtor but a beautiful person as well. She does a very good job reading her clients and their wants and needs. Once she got to know us, she literally found a 'perfect fit' house for us off the market. She worked with us remotely throughout the process and was our eyes and ears when we could not be present. She navigated some tricky situations with finesse and sensitivity. She has excellent communication and negotiation skills, is very knowledgeable about the local area, and really did whatever it took to make the deal.
